Throughout the centuries, people have become successful often at the expense of others. Isn't there a way to succeed without giving up my morals?

Actually, at this point in history, the best way to succeed is by not giving up your morals.

Business managers and theorists often refer to this as "maintaining your integrity," and that is a hot topic. However, this concept has probably been woven into the lives of countless successful people throughout history. After studying hundreds of successful people and being coached personally by Andrew Carnegie, Napoleon Hill included in his 1938 formula for success, Think and Grow Rich: "I fully realize that no wealth or position can long endure, unless built upon truth and justice, therefore, I will engage in no transaction which does not benefit all whom it affects." It appears that, while the young Andrew Carnegie may not have strictly held to this tenet, certainly the elder Andrew Carnegie advocated it.
